Description:

Kalguksu is usually made from seafood ingredients. However, sometimes instead of clams or anchovies, the broth is made from chicken stock instead. This restaurant's name is Donghae Haemul Kalguksu (East Sea Seafood Kalguksu) so I think it is safe to assume that they use seafood stock? No harm in asking first though :) Their kalguksu costs only 4,500 KRW per bowl. The store is open on weekdays from 10.30 to 8.00 PM. It closes at 3.00 PM on Saturday and is not open on Sunday.
